Strengthening bilateral cooperation with the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency

Daniella Misail-Nichitin, the Secretary of State of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), held a meeting with representatives from the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA).

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss bilateral cooperation and progress achieved in renovating and enhancing the infrastructure of the internal affairs system thanks to the support of external partners.

Another topic addressed during the meeting was training that will be delivered to MIA staff in 2024 with the support of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA).

Daniella Misail-Nichitin expressed gratitude to the Turkish partners for their ongoing support, both in the current period and in past projects. These initiatives demonstrate MIA’s steadfast commitment to enhancing the professional capacity of its employees to ensure a safe and secure environment for citizens.
