Minister of Internal Affairs Adrian Efros met with Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain to the Republic of Moldova residing in Bucharest José Antonio Hernández Pérez-Solórzano.
Discussions focused on expanding cooperation on the internal affairs dimension, on a strategic and operational level, in such areas as civil protection, combating cybercrime, exchange of experience and best practices.
Minister Efros noted that the primary objective of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and its subdivisions is to ensure security and public order for citizens. ‘By introducing the concept of European security into our daily work, the internal affairs system strengthens its position at regional and international level, thus becoming a regional security provider’ noted Adrian Efros.
