The Media Group for Security News on the European Political Community Summit informs:
The heart of Europe is in the Republic of Moldova – today, June 1st, one of the most important historical events in the almost 32 years since the proclamation of independence began.
The 48 heads of state and government leaders arrived safely in Bulboaca. The perimeter of the venue is secured according to international protocols.
The traffic in the capital is back to normal. Public transport is running on routes pre-established by the local authorities.
Road traffic on the Chisinau – Bulboaca route is suspended for several hours. Intercity transport is redirected to alternative routes, except for ambulances and special vehicles, which have a special circulation regime.
Cooperation between citizens and national authorities is still expected to ensure the smooth running of the event.
