Hub-ul de securitate este un mecanism opera\u021bional, care g\u0103zduie\u0219te \u00eent\u00e2lniri regulate \u00eentre reprezentan\u021bi UE, agen\u021bii europene, statele membre ale UE \u0219i autorit\u0103\u021bile Republicii Moldova, pentru a sprijini cooperarea \u00een domeniul securit\u0103\u021bii europene \u0219i gestion\u0103rii frontierelor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reunion of the EU Hub for Security and Border Management in Chi\u0219in\u0103u<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The 4th meeting of the EU Hub for internal security and border management of the Republic of Moldova, organized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the European Union, takes place today, December 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event will be attended online by Ana Revenco (Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova), and in person by J\u0101nis Ma\u017eeiks (Head of the EU Delegation in the Republic of Moldova), as well as by Alexandra Jour-Schroeder (Deputy Director General, DG for Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union, European Commission), Nils Behrndt (Deputy Director General, DG for Justice and Consumers, European Commission), representatives of RM authorities, European agencies (FRONTEX, EUROPOL, EUBAM) and EU member states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event is divided into two sessions, namely: collaboration and response in the field of judicial and preventive cooperation, as well as in relation to law enforcement investigations, in the financial dimension of organized crime and terrorism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Representatives of law enforcement agencies and institutions from Europe and the Republic of Moldova will discuss the criminal picture characteristic of the financial dimension of organized crime and terrorism, preventive measures to combat money laundering, collaboration with the EU agency, which deals with judicial cooperation in criminal matters (EUROJUST) and the European Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office (EPPO), opportunities for support from the EU, as well as about common indicators and analytical products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Security Hub is an operational mechanism that hosts regular meetings between EU representatives, European agencies, EU Member States and the authorities of the Republic of Moldova, to support cooperation in the field of European security and border management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The priority areas of activity of the EU Hub are aimed at increasing the level of security of the Republic of Moldova and the EU space, by reducing the risks and threats in the field of drug, weapons and human beings trafficking, illegal migration, trafficking in radioactive substances, as well as cyber crimes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
