\u00cenfiin\u021barea HUB-ului de securitate al UE a avut loc la Chi\u0219in\u0103u, \u00een iulie 2022, fapt prin care Republica Moldova \u0219i-a confirmat capacitatea de a contribui la fortificarea centurii de securitate a Europei, fiind v\u0103zut\u0103 ca un partener de \u00eencredere pentru \u00eentregul spa\u021biu european.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00cen acest an de activitate al HUB-ului de Securitate al UE, Republica Moldova a contribuit la ajustarea arhitecturii de securitate european\u0103 conform ultimelor evolu\u021bii ale criminalit\u0103\u021bii transfrontaliere \u0219i amenin\u021b\u0103rilor hibride. \u00b7 Republica Moldova a fost \u021bar\u0103-organizatoare a primelor 2 \u00eent\u00e2lniri ale Forum estic privind securitatea \u0219i gestionarea frontierelor<\/strong>, reunind \u0219efi de poli\u021bie na\u021bional\u0103, poli\u021bie de frontier\u0103 \u0219i \u00eenal\u021bi oficiali din peste 10 \u021b\u0103ri de pe flancul est-european.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Resursele implicate \u00een activitatea HUB-ului includ institu\u021biile de stat din domeniul securit\u0103\u021bii Republicii Moldova (Ministerul Afacerilor Interne, Procuratura General\u0103, Serviciul de Informa\u021bii \u0219i Securitate, Serviciul Vamal, Serviciului Prevenirea \u0219i Combaterea Sp\u0103l\u0103rii Banilor); reprezentan\u021bi ai tuturor agen\u021biilor de aplicare a legii; reprezentan\u021bi din domeniul judiciar din Europa (Europol, Interpol, Cepol, Frontex); precum \u0219i Comisia European\u0103, prin Directoratul-General pentru Migra\u021bie \u0219i Afaceri Interne (DG Home), Directoratul-General pentru Vecin\u0103tate \u0219i Negocieri de Extindere (DG Near), \u0219i Directoratul-General pentru Stabilitate Financiar\u0103, Servicii Financiare \u0219i Uniunea Pie\u021belor de Capital (DG Fisma).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The EU Support Hub, dedicated to collaboration on the subject of internal security and border management for both the Republic of Moldova and the EU area, represents an operational mechanism at the regional level, through which, based on the principle of information exchange, common informational expertise is conducted in order to ensure the security infrastructure of European countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The establishment of the EU Support Hub took place in Chisinau, in July 2022 , by which the Republic of Moldova confirmed its ability to contribute to the strengthening of the Europe’s security belt and being a trustable security provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During this year of activity of the EU Support HUB, the Republic of Moldova has contributed to the adjustment of the European security architecture according to the latest developments in cross-border crime and hybrid threats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By the results recorded, it lists:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Design and implementation of the system for identifying crime trends for the European area, based on information indicators quantified on the territory of the Republic of Moldova;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 106 operational actions in which the Republic of Moldova participates during 2023 on the European Multidisciplinary Platform against Criminal Threats (EMPACT);<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Development of the first Moldovan Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) analysis for the Europol as a national contribution to the design of the European analytical products;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 14 joint investigations with the support of Europol on emerging trends in transnational crime;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 The Republic of Moldova hosted the first two meetings of the Eastern Forum on Border Security and Management, bringing together heads of national police, border police and senior officials from over 10 countries on the Eastern European flank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
