Totodat\u0103, documentul certific\u0103 amenin\u021b\u0103rile hibride \u0219i presiunile f\u0103cute de Kremlin pentru destabilizarea guvernului proeuropean al \u021b\u0103rii. Astfel, Rezolu\u021bia confirm\u0103 c\u0103 \u201eRepublica Moldova r\u0103m\u00e2ne expus\u0103 presiunii ruse \u0219i \u0219antajului energetic, tulbur\u0103rilor economice cauzate de r\u0103zboiul din Ucraina vecin\u0103, precum \u0219i \u00eencerc\u0103rilor sus\u021binute de Kremlin de a destabiliza guvernul pro-european al \u021b\u0103rii\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00cen acest context, MAI \u00een conformitate cu punctul 11 al Rezolu\u021biei este preg\u0103tit s\u0103 sporeasc\u0103 conlucrarea cu partenerii europeni, Comisia European\u0103, EUROPOL, CEPOL, FRONTEX, Consiliul Uniunii Europene. Totodat\u0103, Rezolu\u021bia \u00eendeamn\u0103 organismele europene s\u0103 fortifice HUB-ul de securitate al UE de la Chi\u0219in\u0103u, care asigur\u0103 centura estic\u0103 de securitate european\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prin Rezolu\u021bie, Parlamentul European dore\u0219te ca UE s\u0103 extind\u0103 domeniul de aplicare al regimului s\u0103u de sanc\u021biuni pentru a include acte de corup\u021bie pasibile de pedeaps\u0103, care submineaz\u0103 securitatea, stabilitatea, institu\u021biile constitu\u021bionale \u0219i democratice ale unei \u021b\u0103ri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
MAI salut\u0103 decizia Parlamentului European care \u00eendeamn\u0103 Uniunea European\u0103 \u0219i statele membre UE s\u0103 intensifice asisten\u021ba financiar\u0103 \u0219i tehnic\u0103 pentru a sprijini Republica Moldova \u00een procesul de integrare european\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The European Parliament voted a resolution supporting the Republic of Moldova on its European course. The document acknowledges that our country is at a hybrid war triggered by Russia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The European Parliament adopted Resolution no. 223\/2595 dated April 19, 2023 calling on the European Commission and the European Council to start negotiations with the Republic of Moldova on accession to the European Union by the end of this year, following the fulfilment of the nine recommendations made by the European Commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The document also confirms the Kremlin’s hybrid threats and pressure aimed at destabilising the country’s pro-European government. Thus, the Resolution confirms that \u2019Moldova remains exposed to Russian pressure and energy blackmail, economic upheaval due to the war in neighbouring Ukraine as well as Kremlin-backed attempts to destabilise the country’s pro-European government\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In this context and in accordance with paragraph 11 of the Resolution, the MIA is ready to enhance cooperation with the European partners, the European Commission, EUROPOL, CEPOL, FRONTEX, the Council of the European Union. Furthermore, the Resolution urges the European bodies to strengthen the EU Support Hub in Chisinau, which ensures the Eastern European security belt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The MIA is ready to work immediately with the new contact points and to manage the funds allocated for the development of the Hub as a mechanism to ensure security for the whole of Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The MIA appreciates that the resolution of the European Parliament refers to and confirms the destabilizing actions; in this context, the MEPs ask the European Union to sanction the fugitive Moldovan oligarchs Ilan Shor and Vladimir Plahotniuc, their businesses and political organizations, as well as to extradite them to the Republic of Moldova for trial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The MIA considers that the regional security picture outlined by the Moldova’s internal affairs diplomacy has led to the European Parliament’s determination to vote on the resolution confirming that our country is a security producer for Europe. The Resolution also confirms that Moldova is being affected by the hybrid war provoked by the Russian Federation and that it must be supported in an accelerated manner.
